PONGAL CELEBRATION -2023
Rockford Senior Secondary School celebrated Pongal with great pomp and show. It was a grand event organised by Tamil Department. The students of class V to VIII exhibited their excitement over the festival through various Traditional Dances and speeches. The students had dressed traditionally in 'pattu pavadai' and 'veshti sattai'. They spoke of the deeply rooted festival of Pongal and what each day of this beautiful festival signified. It was enthralling to see our Kindergarteners moving their tiny feet to the tune of music. The management and Teachers would like to wish you all that the warmth of the auspicious festival of Pongal fill your home with joy, peace and Prosperity.
